In public spaces of any kind, small gestures like holding hands or moving in for a light kiss on the forehead or cheeks are generally allowed. These are regarded as normal acts of affection and are considered sweet gestures.
3. Casual greetings.
Public greetings through affectionate gestures are also seen as acceptable. Giving a hug and/or a kiss to someone when you first meet them is customary, especially if that person is close to you.

It is wise to keep your romantic gestures to something in line with the event, such as simple hand-holding.
3. PDA in crowded places.
When you are in crowded places, always remember that not everyone has the same views as you, and that includes your opinion about public displays of affection. Practicing PDA in crowded places can earn you the ire of onlookers who aren’t open to such affectionate displays. Practice restraint. It is better to reserve such actions when you’re in more private locations, away from prying eyes.
